Diplo’s latest collaboration with Sleepy Tom is more bass than hip hop

Diplo leaves his hip hop roots to flirt with more electro house in his latest track ‘Be right there’. The new tune begins vocalist Priscilla Renea belting out sections Jade’s 1992 song ‘Don’t Walk Away’.

However, despite a strong bassline there are still soulful R&B vibes throughout the track.
