Flashback Friday: The Tamperer – Feel it

Remember this classic dance anthem from 1998?
What a way to kick off the weekend. This week’s Flashback Friday tune is a nice little bit of 90s disco revival and its just the thing to put the week behind you!
“Feel It” was a massive dance floor smash and chart hit for Italian dance group The Tamperer featuring Maya. The lead single from their début album, Fabulous, Feel it went to number one in the UK, Ireland and Belgium, number 1 on the Canadian dance chart and number 1 on the US dance chart.
The track has an insatiable beat and samples from the Jacksons’ 1981 hit “Can You Feel It”. The lyrics are inspired by Heather Leigh West’s Urban Discharge’s 1996 song “Drop A House.” Who can forget that classic chorus; “What’s she gonna look like with a chimney on her?”
