Markus Schulz awarded America’s best DJ award

German born Markus Schulz takes out the coveted DJ Times and Pioneer DJ user poll in the USA.

Diplo came second, followed by A-Trak at 3. Bassnectar and Skrillex rounded out the top 5. The awards ceremony is set for October 12 at Marquee Nightclub in Las Vegas.

Schulz says “receiving this news is such an incredible honour. I have never been in this industry for the sole purpose of winning awards, and my biggest accomplishment in life is having the ability to connect and entertain those who believe in me and what I do on a daily basis.”
