Just added: Paul Mac – State of war

Written by on February 19, 2015

Paul Mac is back and its definitely worth the wait!

Aussie musician, composer and producer Paul Mac releases his first solo single in more than a decade. ‘State of war’ is a collaboration between Melbourne artist Kira Puru and Sydney DJ Goodwill and is set to feature at Sydney’s Mardi Gras this year.

Paul says “State of war is about how love lives on a knife’s edge. The intensity of passion is the most ecstatic feeling we all chase. But when it turns sour there is no stronger hatred than that held for the one you used to love.”

From his solo work to his underground roots with Itch-E and Scratch-E and more recently his Stereogamous Productions, Paul is one of the big names on the Australian electronic music scene. Paul also has a long list of great collaborations including Sia, Kylie, Daniel Johns and LCD Soundsystem.

State of war is the first offering from Paul’s new album  ‘Holiday From Me,’ due for release in April. Check it out below and keep listening to Massive to hear it across the day.
